Britains Space Toys.

Post by Thundershot »

Hi all,
My Stargards & Aliens:

A dealer, @ last weekends toy fair, had a freshly opened vintage 80's trade box of the Stargards so I treated myself to one of each pose...:

I've managed, over time, to pick up a few of the aliens over the years @ boot sales & toy fairs:

These 'Terror Raiders:

Ahh happy memories. Never had the Terror Raiders but the others were a firm childhood favourite of mine.

Here here!
Great stuff - I got rid of mine at some stage in my youth. Christ, I was an idiot then!
I even had the rope slide tower tower.

Still, I managed to keep all of my Airfix & Matchbox toy soldiers (1/32 & 1/72) which I may post at some stage. And, of course, all of my AF.

Great pics mate. Still got mine and also last year spotted a carrier bag full at a car boot. I casually walked over and asked the lady how much for the bits in the bag. £1 was the reply I got and the money was in her hand faster than the speed of light  I'll post some pics when I get a mo

Thanks guys
I never got into these back in the day, so enthralled by Star Wars toys was I that, I hardly gave 'em a second glance back then :duh:

Great items, I remember going in to the toy shop to buy these guys like it was yesterday. There is something so special about 80's toys that always make me smile. Thanks for sharing mate, great collection.

Very nice to see these. I sold mine a few years back and regret getting rid of the figures, particularly the aliens. Over the years, I've built up a lot of spare Britains weapons, so I hope one day I'll turn up some figures needing them!
