Greetings from Ireland!!!

Post by IrishRedShadow »

Hi everyone!
Well, what can I say? As I approach my 40th birthday (how did that happen??) I've found myself researching things that rocked my world when I was a kid. One of them was Battle Action Force. I was and still am a huge fan of the Red Shadows and always wanted to be one (can't beat being an anonymous, brainwashed fanatic I say).
Anyway, I was Googling around and read an article on Wikipedia on Baron Ironblood (all hail!) and ended up visiting this website and I was hooked instantly. I've been downloading the back issues and reading them on the train on the way to work and I feel like a 10 year old all over again. I've had a big grin all week :-)
I've even started looking at figures on sale on eBay and back issues of Battle Action Force. So, I think I've got Red Shadow-itis pretty bad.
I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you on here and sharing this childhood passion as I approach middle age (again, what happened to my youth?)
All that's left for me to say is:
BLOOD FOR THE BARON!!!!

Gareth.
