Thanks -the bushhat is indeed homemade a disc of plastic and a blob of miliput on top of a cut down radio operators head. I tried to come up with various headgear that the military use and added then to figures to add a little variety (bush hats, bandanas, balaclavas, peaked caps etc)
The hooded balaclava chr was due to having a radio operator with a badly worn down nose -so I thought I'd cover it up. The hood doesn't really suit the body - but I couldn't swap body parts at that point.

The floppy hat does work really well, also the commander seems to fit in better with black gloves :)

Please could you post your Z Force customs in the Z Force section? Otherwise I'll probably miss them when it comes to adding them to the site archives.

Following on from the boil and pop tutorial, I recommend resealing using araldite, as superglue can often leave a white residue on the plastic.
