Why is it cancelled? I just paid you for it up until November 2009.

More importantly, what am I supposed to do with it? If you are unable to point it towards my paid webspace it is effectively useless.

To answer your earlier question, you never actually said that an alias could point to a sub domain, but you also most definitely didn't say that you couldn't.

It was made abundantly clear what I wanted from you, and it wasn't until after you took my money that you told me it could not be done.

You still have not ansered my question why you cannot direct a URL managed by your company to one of your own sub-domains?

I left Fortune City becuase they gave me the run-around, I had hoped moving my domains to your company would make my life easier. Oh well.

What do you suggest I do?

Alternatively you can initiate a full domain transfer request. This costs £15.00 + VAT and includes an additional years registration. We would then control the renewal of the domain. If you require the full domain transfer, please ensure your domain is unlocked with your previous provider before the transfer is initiated.

I have decided to murder everybody associated with Fortune CIty - they are beyond useless.

I have two URLs registered with them: http://www.bloodforthebaron.com and http://www.zoidstar.com. My mother also has http://www.avrilsilk.com with them.
