I am sure there will be another shill biding account knocking them prices up soon enough it may take a while to figure it out though.

Oh and i am still here nothing happened apart from me getting drunk, I also had a police officer come around and in explained the situation to him.
I also mentioned to him i was more worried about it being my mum's address and not mine and what i would end up doing if something happend when i wasn't at my mum's.
Anyway's i gave him his address and he said he would run it through the data system to see if he had any previous for this sort of thing.
Any update's on the situation i will keep you informed.

So he has now had a clone account on facebook stating i was into children!
The police didn't really seem that interested about the fake ebay accounts in my name or that he was still robbing people as i had claimed my moneyback.
They said the only people who could are people who are out of pocket.
They did seem interested in the facebook account with indecent images of children which has now been deleted.
They said they have logged my complaint's and if they do something they can't inform me but where child porn is concerned i presume they will take his tower away for inspection as it will still be on the hard drive even if he has wiped it clean. (The sick b*****d)
Speaking to a solicitor today he said it will cost £50.00 just for the first letter and it could run into thousands with no hope of getting much back!
What a country we live in eh!
Maybe i should have told them he was parked for 2 mins over the alloted time or doing 31mph in a 30mph zone!

That is the state of play so far i was all set for going down but my girlfriend wouldn't let me and stated the obvious that he wouldn't be on his own and it would be better to do things legally.

So if you have been done by him the more reports no matter how little it was for will be logged against this sicko!

I am not to sure where to post this but our old nemesis phil jones has been getting into trouble with the law and he has apparently committed hari kari unfortunately he posted the suicide message using one of his old ebay names on a military forum so I doubt it's true,

It's over two years old but here you go:

I wasn't sure it was him until I read the suicide bit from "BERTHA" one of his old ebay id's. It has all the hallmark's of him and I doubt there would be two numbskull's with the same name, age, town and using the bertha id who are likely to commit fraud unfortunately there is no pic or follow up to put us at ease about the suicide.
