Masters of the Universe Classics
Re: Masters of the Universe Classics
I have to say that these really capture the spirit and style of the cartoons even though my revisit to the cartoons has not been pleasant. I too am having to resist their appeal.

Do not resist! Just keep an eye on eBay and cherry pick the cheap ones like I do. I'm averaging £15 a figure lol.

I really like the He-Man Classics. Up until about a year ago I was collecting them all. Then they just kept coming and coming. My kids like them so much they got a few each for Christmas!

So far only 3 He-Man figures have been released in MOTUC: Flipshot, Slushhead and Optikk, with Karatti and He-Man himself coming soon (unless you also count He-Man and Skeletor, as the MOTU characters are the same ones, just with different clothes).
Speaking of, what is Mattel waiting to create a Flogg figure? He's the freaking leader of the Mutants!

I know what you mean as I bought the She-ra boxed set and found I couldn't watch more than a few episodes likewise with He-Man. The toys look amazing though.ODB wrote:I have to say that these really capture the spirit and style of the cartoons even though my revisit to the cartoons has not been pleasant. Despite his smaller size, 200x Adam fits pretty well with the Classics figures, maybe because he's a teenager.
