Niccccccccccccccccceeee. I must get my loose SW colelction finished off sometime. Need about 20 or so to 'complete'. Unfortunately of that 20 or so 17 are, you guessed it, the Last 17!

Thanks Steve.
It took years to complete this one, in the end the only reason I could afford the 'last 17' was thanks to a insurance 'compo' cheque after a car accident, which resulted in a 4 day stay in hospital & six weeks off work due to a broken clavicle, caused by a dangerous driver..other wise I'd never of finished the set. Thought to my self 'I'll get something I really want after all the grief that tosser who caused the accident put my way'.
The pay out also paid for the Blue Snaggletooth, which was won on U.S. ebay when the the pound was worth over $2 a few years back, still expensive but cheaper than U.K. dealers were asking @ the time. The Yak Face was a lucky car boot find many many years ago...only 50p :-D

Nice collection T'shot. I'm planning a wall hanging display cabinet for my loose Star Wars figures . . . at some point. I don't ever expect to get many of the last 17.

I'll put Palitoy Action Force in another display cabinet the other side of the window in my study. . . one day

Great collection like all my old toys mine are broken and well played with. It's great seeing a collection like this in good condition.

Probably not...I bet you'll 'over take me' within a year, with your Star Wars figure collection:-D
Thanks for the nice comments folks.
This lot comes out to play about once or twice a year, living the rest of it time safely stored away in a card board box, one day I'll have room to show it all properly, I do envy you guys who have command centres some times...like you R.B. I dream of nice themed cabinets to show it all off in a museum like room.

Yak face was purchased years before Star Wars had gotten 'hot' again, I hadn't started that 'serious' collector phase of my life yet & was just trying to complete my childhood collection, I genuinely had no idea how rare or valuable he, or indeed any, of the last 17 were @ the time, it was just one I didn't have @ the time so bought him.

these dreams can be realised eddie, i hope one day to see you have achieved the Thundershot museum,

i think it'll take longer than a year to get anywhere near a completed set, having now looked at whats what as it were i see some will be a tough task to get.
