I love these! The whole propoganda posters concept is fantastic! Q Force one is my favourite - always a soft spot for the mighty Q!

Those are awesome, I especially love the first one (as I am facinated by WW2 plane art and it fits that style).

Quite agree - Vargas art and anything like it is usually very nice and I luckily turned this up in a random google image search.Thundershot wrote:Lovingposter, I'm a big fan of that 'Vargas' style pin up art.

I know what you mean about nose art, which of course is related to the Vargas pin-up girl style as well. I once thought of doing a book about nose art because I was a friend of the excellent Fighter Collection at Imperial War Museum Duxford, who have some stunning planes and great nose art, especially their Native American head logo they use on the B-25.zedhatch wrote:Those are awesome, I especially love the first one (as I am facinated by WW2 plane art and it fits that style).

Re: Some more propaganda posters
Loving these mate. I really like the concept and makes me think of an alternate universe with
maybe along the lines of something similar to V for Victory. Taking
further with something a bit more essentially British rather than the American modernisations.
