Like the neckerchief - just about gets away with being more frontiersman than scoutmaster.

A bloke canoed round the island a couple of years ago. On his way he was stalked by a shark so he just turned his boat round ready to whack it with his paddle. The shark gave up. Now that's the Chuck Norris of Kayakers.
