The torso and the arms are left over pieces from an AT AT commander I took apart for my Red Scorpion custom. The rest is just

legs

head. With a few cut down the middle air tank hoses.

The head reminds me of the Star Wars Expanded Universe character Grand Admiral Thrawn it definitely has that otherworldy quality about it.
