British Commando - Variant?
I've been sorting out my Palitoy figures over the last couple of weekends and noticed that I have two versions of the British Commando. I'm not sure if this variant has been picked up on here before, but I don't think it's mentioned in the Toys section. The figure on the left is, I think, the standard Commando, whereas the alternate figure to the right has light green leg packs and belt. Definitely not custom painted as far as I can tell.

Should have taken a picture of the rear too. I will try and do that tomorrow. The belt is green to the back, as is the water bottle. Certainly looks manufacture painted to me and came in a job lot of figures not from a collector.

It's ok mate it's not that sort of site!Red Baron wrote:Should have taken a picture of the rear too.

None of mine have light green pouches
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I hope this doesn't sound flippant, but the Commando variant is very well known. We've discused it here quite a few times over the years....
Baron, because you are so evil, your memory must be suffering as a result!
I've think I've got 5 figures with the green pouches and 5 without. It's one of the more common variants as far as I'm aware.
