HM Armed Forces, anyone still interested?

Post by Sundance »

i see the new Argos book's got some of the new stuff listed. RM desert sniper (with moving 'Hawk Eyes' (srsly)) RAF Regiment machine gunner (desert camo), Enemy Forces soldier, RAF Fast Jet pilot, Army paratrooper and they've still got the RM Commando with canoe.

the new series is also supposed to include a RN Medic modelled on Kate Nesbitt, the second woman to win the MC and first RN woman to win it. not sure if that's the ones out now or a third series... there was a piece in the Mirror paper the other week...

The female medic sounds like it would make an interesting addition to my collection, as it's something "different", but other wise I'll pass.

I just picked up the RM Commando for Litttle Humby's birthday for £3.50 from ASDA.

Just a small point, you don't win the MC or indeed any other medal. They are awarded.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Looks like they've upped the game somewhat, the arctic marine is definitely reminiscent of the old Action Man set.
