Need a bit of help from all you carboot bargain hunters.....

Post by Ross SC »

This is totally off topic but i desperately need some help tracking something down!!!!!!!
what im after..... is a bullet mic, old style radio mic/ham radio mic/table top mic/dispatcher mic! It's basically what old blues musicians use to play harmonica thru & gets a nice gritty/distorted tone if you sing thru it!
Pretty expensive on ebay, so im hoping one of you might see one on the cheap. will post a few pics, so you have an idea of what im looking for......

realise this is a longshot, but figured it was worth a try!
cheers for taking time out to read this.

I've got one just like the one on the left with the white cap. Mine is 100% black though. However, I am not selling it as it was used by my father's band in the sixties.

Don't worry about missing it. I checked it and it is hardly working anymore!

It was a typical rock & roll band: the band had their own numbers, but also did covers.

One of the coolest things in my house: my dad's record!
