Sorry for being late. There's also Double Blast (technically a repainted :roadblock: , but is marketed as a different chara, with other codename and filename).
And a warning: even though some :gungho: figs are bald, the 2nd one (dress blues) is NOT. If you take his hat, you'll see he has flesh-colored hair...

to be honest, ive found g.i. joe heads tend to be too big for 25th, what head is it?
it's a hard one, pretty easy to screw up mate, the hard part is cutting the neck away, making the hole is easy. even changing heads from 25th-25th can be hard as the damn necks are all different lengths!
if you end up making the hole too big, you can coat the neck peg in vaseline, fill the hole with hot glue from glue gun then push it in to place. when it dries you can trim off the extra glue.

I tend to first of all saw off the neck piece, then sandpaper by hand down a bit more to give a flatish surface, then I drill a pilot hole with a small drill. Once done that I carefully open out the hole with the round headed "diamond cutting" attachment. I always take it very slow, and hold it up to a bright desk lamp to check it's not getting too thin. If you can see light through - STOP!!!
