Jamars Modern RED SHADOWS ARMY Customs

Im just going to post all of my pictures here of my work in progress and finished Red Shadows

First up Red Laser and a few of the new wave of Modern Red Shadows along with the classic Mutons







Using TKW and Squad Leaders Logos and Eye slits make these customs IMVHO look like it came straight from Hasbro. Just adds that extra touch to make it look official

Will be using heads for all future customs from STEVED so look below for his heads to start showing up

The Army begins to grow ( you can see a lot of work in progress ) I will be using the 25th anniversary styled heads that I got from STEVED on RED COBRA RESOLUTE BODIES and those Torpedo repainted COBRA "RED" DIVERS









Again Using TKW and Squad Leaders Logos and Eye slits make these customs

will be adding two Hyenas soon using TKW Decals too

Nicely done Jamar they really do suit those heads. Now all you need do is send them my way I will paint them for you and put them in storage for should we say 10 years?

what I like most about these, is that theres little work to be done to do them. I didnt paint anything but the heads, so there playable / poseable without any worry of stickiness or paint scrapping or wearing. honestly feels like they came straight from Hasbro! And I cannot express how much those EYE SLITS AND LOGOS really make it.

I actually bought those 14 heads off of ebay about 5 years ago, tried painting the eye slits and logos on and it just looked like crap, like a regular old custom, hated it and gave up after two. Then I saw the decals being made by TKW and SQUAD LEADER and it all changed . These are the first customs I have done since then.

Forgot to ask jamar - how's the colour match of them? That's humbrol acrylic - three coats, then dulled down with matt lacquer. Hopefully it's pretty close.
