New versions of Red Shadow figures/vehicles
I was thinking if we ever get to see new Shadow figures and vehicles in our lifetime I think the ShadowTrak needs a new redesign for a start being more armoured and a half track as it's name denotes. What does anyone else think would make for good re-designs?

I'm not sure AF would take off again without being called a GI Joe rip-off which it isn't obviously but comparisons would get made. Or if they were updated certain characters couldn't be used without complete overhauls being made.

I have been thinking about this and came up with 2 ideas. One was based on the fact that being a terrorist organisation the Shadows would acquire their equipment where the least questions were asked so for that you are looking at Russian/Chinese kit or copies of it by North Korea or Iran (Krakens BTR being a good example of Russian kit in Shadow service). Some kit maybe be stolen as well.

Hmmm... I guess you exaggerated the realism, Thundershot (just like IDW with both their Joes and TFs).

Yeah mate I am after a suitable pick up to mount a machine gun on and do this custom. I think they call them Technicals, god knows why though. The Somalian warlord type!

Re: New versions of Red Shadow figures/vehicles
The term technical describing such a vehicle appears to have originated in Somalia.[citation needed] It is thought to derive from use by the Red Cross there who were often forced to bribe local militias or be attacked and robbed.[citation needed] The money used for such bribe would be budgeted as a "technical expense" to hide its true nature. Technicals have also been referred to as battlewagons,[1] gunwagons,[2] or gunships.[3]

Well when SteveD comes back I'm hoping to learn how to cast heads. So as not to interfere with his venture they won't be repro peices, but rather resculpts. For example Shadow heads with alterations such as breathing/laser sight/etc apparatus, possibly turban/desert Shadows etc
Also the AF head that's like action man with a sculpted beard. That sort of thing.
Another thing I'm keen on doing is kits such as a Policeman kit - maybe a police hat and some printables. The sky is the limit
