I agree, but then I don't know anything about grading etc, after all I'm rather new at this... maybe I'm being dim but wouldn't you just be better off buying a carded Muton for £3.50 from the 'bay?

The one in which a seller fleeces a gulible american of all his $$$$$$ for a muton he payed a fiver for!!!
Just looked at the AFA website - the starting cost is $16 for the entry level grading of a figure. Add to that the cost of the Muton, and the postage etc to and from the AFA, and then Ebay listing costs and even at twenty nicker he/she is struggling to even break even - few quid maximum.
I guess that's why we're in a recession though - there's some dumb folks about!
Worth their weight in gold if you want an unstoppable robot to take over the world though!
