I'm pretty sure the file card and an illustration was published in one of the BAF comic's, though I don't recall him ever appearing in a story!

I dont think they show his face but they mention his name ( im 90 percent sure on that)

hes driving his tank next to a pipeline or something

Having seen the figure in the Toy Archive Ton Up is a re-named Rock N' Roll who's filename is Craig S. McConel originally the Wolverine was released with Cover Girl in the GI Joe range why they couldn't do that for the AF range I don't know after all we already had Quarrel and Scarlett would one more woman have made much difference?
