Don't know if anyone else here reads Devil's Due Joe comics, but I got issue 7 recently and while the story inside follows on from the last issue, the cover which shows a London underground map has no bearing on the inside story.
Is this because this is the last issue and there won't be an issue 8?
I know DD have lost the Joe licence, but they seem to be finishing off the WW3 story in America's Elite, be a shame if Storm Shadow doesn't run for at least a couple more issues as Larry Hama was writing the book and it was a damn fine comic.

Re: Storm Shadow comic
Man dont get me going on this! i pisses me off to no ends
Hasbro canned this series and thats what happened. this series had soooo much potential. it was the first step in making GI JOE a universe and not a single comic, which I believe it should be. It should be a universe much like marvel or DC with the main GI JOE Book being the X-men or Justice leage of America type book
its a real shame
the cover is probally what was originally planned had Hasbro NOT cann the series. Instead we got a revised story
I loved this series too and I am still mourning the lost of it
and ya that was the last issue no more coming at all. Word was from Larry at the Con , that it was canned because hasbro had other ideas for him, ( this is probally having him a bad guy in the movie and didnt want people thinking he was a good guy because of the comic... which is just stupid because the link between movie and comic books is non existant other than they serve as the base of the movie. Sales never go up or down when a movie comes out)
