Is this a variant card as it looks a bit odd how the naming starts far left not inline with the sandy colour bubble part as per the sample we have listed in toys also the wording different way around

Looks like the card was badly cut, see the edge of the print on the right hand side from another card and the O of Action Force is too close to the hanger punch out hole thingy.
