If I boil and pop a vintage star wars head can I pop it back on another suitable figure or do I need to split the torso.
Also does boil and pop work w arms and legs?
Both ways??

nope does not work going IN!!!
since Marauder & many others now have custom heads I no longer need to use the vintage
AF ones that I took out
for the life of me I cannot get these heads back into their bodies!!!

Id imagine to have any success the neck frill that holds the body in would need to be trimmed a little all the way round, or maybe trimmed and a few tabs left, like push fit pieces. Never tried it but I have a few plans I hope will work.

I’ve managed to put them back on. Just reheat to make pliable then force it into hole with a little electricians screwdriver. It can make the head a little loose, but they do go back on with some persuasion.
