Yes I quit smoking, 7 days smoke free so far and I know I won't smoke again regardless. *slaps self on back*

Good job, there is only one way to do it, balls and all. Slap that bitch habit every time you start to fell the strain, then go play with toys.

When my daughter was born I stopped. Put the ciggy down and just said to myself that was it. 13 and a half years ago and still going strong. Its all about will power. I think you are stubborn enough to do it.

Well done! Over ten years for me too. Although I did substitute them for Smarties ice cream in the first year! If you ever do get tempted, it helped me to regard them as poison.
