Card for custom card backs?

Hi all,

Could anyone point me in the right direction for the best card to use for making custom card backs? I see all of these different gsm thicknesses but I am unsure which one to go for.

Any advise will be gratefully accepted.

Probably best to give an idea what you're aiming to create. Hasbro or Palitoy era, for example.
