Help to stop goverments taking total control of the net!
This needs to reach as many people as possible. Please check out this link and watch the video to find out about the ITU and what they could do to the internet if we don't fight back. This is likely to effect BFTB. I'm not involved with this site myself, but it needs to be seen by as many people as possible.

NZ is already f*cked, I'm assuming that the rest will follow regardless of what the rational people say. Mob rule at its worst.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

Yep, they don't care that we don't want them to do it. But, this will at least help to raise public awareness. Free thinkers will always find a way past the rules in any case.

Re: Help to stop goverments taking total control of the net!
My concern is the lack of free thinkers.
As an example, a woman was murdered in Melbourne 3 months or so ago, the perp was caught on obscure store CCTV. So the Police now claim we need more CCTV on the streets and the media are happy to back it. My first thought is why are the media pushing for this? Who in the Govt is able to put that much pressure on them? And lastly, why are people dumb enough to assume that is the only answer?

They pulled the same thing here after the littly boy Jamie Bulger was murdered. Shop CCTVs were able to track his progress all they way down the high street, and suddenly being surveilled was a good thing. You can't go anywhere in the UK cities without being monitored these days. Of course they swear that they're not all patched into a single grid and that they are only accessed with permission of the court...

"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
Unfortunately that's 99% of the population. And the other 1% of grown ups suffer for it.
