Keys
Picked up the keys for the new house this afternoon. Haven't been in yet as Emma is on a 12 hours shift. So we'll go in together when she finishes tonight.
Can't wait to get in and get things set up, not just the geek room but the whole house!
BT though hve been a pain in the ass we can't get the phone line in until the 20th of November, so no Broadband until then!!

When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Re: Keys
Thats great news, Paul, are you going to do the old romantic 'carrying over the threshold' traditional thing?
More news, as its made, from new Action Force!
Re: Keys
Something like that. I want us to turn the key and open the door together. Then perhaps a cuddy back over the threshold.

Also means you can sneak in and get started before you open the house for the GLW.

Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!
Re: Keys
Well, we went in together. Took a photo of our hands on the key turning in the lock together.
Will probably get started on the command bunker tomorrow, although I have a list of instructions as long as your arm to complete. Raus cried Mrs463!!!!

Excellent news! It's a great feeling ain't it! When we first got our place MrsD ran around thehouse like a nutter before lying down on the Lounge floor proclaiming it "mine, all mine".
I was going to beg to differ and point out part of that floor was mine too, but I let her have her moment!!

Of course you must break it in by spending a whole day in the nuddy. That way there can be no doubt as to who owns it.
