Mate, if you can source a box of cheap cigars(wooden box) they usually have little metal hinges would be perfect for the door. I have some somewhere I'll try and find.

Awesome mate, that would be great! I bought a few hinges from Homobase, but they are a tiny bit too big really.

Great ideas. The first hinges would be perfect it they were half the size. The mock hinges seem a bit expensive. They look great but I could probably just sculpt the decorative piece if I need to.
