The Meccano ones aren't that rare, I think they go for £60 odd, but for a fiver thats a good buy. I just like the way they look so different from the Palitoy/Kenner cards that everyone is so used to. Not a rival to the Japanese Popy ones, but I don't fancy selling my kidneys to buy those.

The ATAT chin guns are valuable though, very sought after and can go fro £25+.

Your die casts seem to be in good shape with little paint chiping. Most of them look like they have been entered in a demolition race.

I'd never noticed that before either, did they correct thier error when they brought out the new version?
The new one I have is Red Five. Its from the Dagobah set. Its also the biggest X-wing that's been made to date and the most scale accurate. Still not perfect tho. Never mind, I still get a kick out of running around the back yard attacking stormtroopers with it. As does my son, which I think, answers your first question. ;-)

Action Man and his mates went to war too.

Great pics man, really like those. All you need is some motion blur and they'd be rocking. As for the explosions, there is this crazy f*cker from Dundee that's qualified to blow sh*t up, give him a call. ;-)

..they'd compliment Annie's music room perfectly :-D

Or, just for the festive season, how's about this combo to adorn your Christmas tree?
