Yeah we have that in the 1983 catalogue thanks, that one's full of promos too.

I would love to get better shots of that Space Force base. Did you notice that it was these designs used in the original Action Force strip in Battle? Check out the Cosmic Cruiser and Stingray!

Crikey DAve how many more bombshells are there?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

probably a couple more, just got word of two more prototypes, one is a packaging sample, the other a wood pattern.

The packaging sample is a plain white test for the SAS MMS to see how the window box would work.

The wood pattern (and this is frikkin cool) is the original wood carving that would be used to create a mould to then create either a prototype toy, or the tool to create the toy. In this case, it's described as Q-Force submersible, which may be the Stingray or Sealion?

I don't have pictures before anyone asks, but this is confirmation more exists. Hopefully I will be able to schedule another visit before Christmas to take a look.

All the best,
Dave.

Hi Dave - after very little internet access over the last week or so I've just been catching up on all of your news. Can't wait to hear more about the protoypes etc and I'm sure I speak the sentiments of everyone on here when I say "thanks so much for sharing", and that I'm sure you will find this site to be the fountain of knowledge for any research you need to do about Action Force.

Also, any details on your SW book? Is it almost complete? Any release dates etc?

Cheers
Steve

No probs Steve, and thanks for the welcome :)

The Star Wars book is scheduled for next Christmas, although a lot of information and research was pooled for the Celebration Europe event and subsquently The Advert DVD, I need more time to track down more information and employees if possible to give more than just a reference book with a Palitoy spin.

An Action Force one would closely follow hopefully as the research/ info found is pretty much in tandum.

(this is me onstage at JediCon in Dusseldorf earlier this year introducing the premiere of the DVD, the advert there is the Action Force HQ's daddy, the cardboard Death Star :))

There is another very small project due to be launched before then, which is about Star Wars Bend Ems if you love those ;)

Oooo! Star Wars Bendems were one of my first "new" toy purchases as an adult (well, about 18 - so a while ago now). Still got the sealed collection pack at my Dads house! Them and Star Wars Micromachines sort of re-introduced me to the collecting ways, and here I am 13 years later, thousands lighter of wallet, and a lot less space at home than is really needed.

Holy cr@p, dude! Check out that Space Station! I can see my house from up there...

Anyway, these unused designs would make awesome additions to the :AFLogo: range... if a mysterious benefactor were to help resurrect the line....

Thanks, Dave! And welcome to the fun.

The Baron is really in a bit of a tight spot in that dioramma isn't he?

Steeler & Q Force below, the SAS coming in from above, Space Force watching the skies - I really don't fancy his chances.

Suggestions as to the Barons ultimate escape? My £ is on Roboskull soaring in, and whisking him away. The cannon fodder can stay behind and get picked off one by one by the good guys.

No go on the Roboskull, this is wave 1!

:muton: takes out the Battletank while :laser: blasts the Space Force station. :major: sneaks aboard the Swordfish and plants explosives while :vulture: run rings around :sas: as a diversion.

:shadow: gets shot by :baron: for questioning orders.
