My son and his mate are sitting in the play room with star wars toys all over the place. Happy days indeed. Falcon, Slave 1, Biker scouts, Jedi Starfighter, X-wing..... and they are loving it.
T'shot, did you notice the X-wing is actually Red Three, its Bigg's Darklighters ship. Cool.

Thats sounds like a whole bunch of fun Chop', have you been taking part in the fun & games too..or did you wait untill the kids were all asleep to finish the story for 'em?
I'd never noticed that before either, did they correct thier error when they brought out the new version?
What started as a throw away line (about the pipes) turned into a pretty good photo..

Maybe I'd of passed my G.C.S.E French examinations if the questions had been about 'La Guerre Des Etoiles'

Thanks R.B, the X-Wings from the Die cast Micro Machines line, nicely detailed & more 'movie accurate' than the 70's Kenner line...but I love how the old Kenner stuff looks like scaled down versions of thier larger action figure vehicles.

Love those pipe-shots, now you just have to figure out how to make the huge explosion scene from Episode IV

Great pics with the pipes! at first glance it actually looks like they are traveling at speed!
does your AT AT have original chin guns?

A Meccano carded figure, unusual to see one of those in the UK.
Those micro machine efforts are seriously underrated, the Action Fleet line is another one I should get into.

Many thanks for the nice compliments for the pic's
Yep' the chin guns are the originals Sqauddie, but I did mange to break one of the original clips..as a kid re-creating the Palitoy advert, when the Snow Speeder tripped it up, the head smashed against the corner of the fire place, snapping the clip . Fortunately a donor one was sourced from a cheap scrap AT-AT @ a much later date. I think this may of saved the guns as after that I kept both safely in the toy box, believing it looked 'odd' with only one tooth, so to speak
Thanks again for the info about the Jawa, OBD, this was bought as a curio, I'd never seen one before & was very cheap...this was back in the late 80's & cost well under £5 from a small toy fair, was it a good investment then?
A couple more here to share..
