Re: WTF George?
I've still not seen TRON II, should really do that. On Pirates, the follow ups were not a patch on the first which, IMHO, was overrated. Still entertaining, but overrated. For Quality Disney we have;
Return to Oz, Song of the South, Darby O'gill and the little people, The Black Hole, Tron, Cool Runnings (I'll pay that), The Santa Clause (I have to pay that too), Jungle Book (1994), James and the giant peach, Lilo and Stitch and Bridge to Terabithia. Some good Pixcar stuff too and of course, the Avengers.
I'd still give my left ball to see Joss Whedon in on the next Star Wars. THat would have huge potential.

Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

Star Wars is not Marvel. It's like calling

Oh and you get to keep your left bollock.
They can destroy 1-3 as it's all digital and start again, that might be handy karma.

Schnellfuer, you surprise me. Did you forget Firefly? Best damned sci-fi in decades. Whedon has the makings of a great SW writer.
I'd also wager GL has stamped the 6 movies in concrete. Jah jah will be around for decades yet.

O.K. O.K. I know Lucas originally planned for 9 movies but I just can't see the point of continuing the story...creatively it was all about Vader & his story has now been told.

Shame on the Quickfire. Shame indeed. Go immerse thyself in the Whedonverse forthwith.

I watched a few episodes of Firefly when it was on and I thought it was awful. I did enjoy Serenity though.

Heathen. Wash your mouth out.
You'd be the first person I know that's seen Firefly and said they didn't like it. Sci Fi and non sci fi buffs alike. Even my wife got into it. I also managed to get her to watch Life on Mars and Ashes to ashes too, no mean feat.
