Will you be selling Action Force stuff, Dave?
Groan

yep I'll be there with a 30ft stand, although 9ft of that is shared with other Star Wars colelctors.
In a nutshell, 12ft will be clothing, 6ft modern toys and 12ft will be vintage toys.

The vintage toy section will mostly be Star Wars, but there will be some Action Force and maybe a little Action Man, Muton & Cyborg in there too.

It normally acts as a meeting point for a lot of Star Wars collector forums but best of all is the social aspect as everyone is now starting to all stay in the same place and make a weekend of it, so if anyone wants to join in, all are welcome :)

Dave.

That's a very long winded way of saying "it's a piss up" Dave.

come down, it's actually works out cheap for accomodation, InnKeepers Lodge, Friday and Saturday £40 for both nights and includes breakfast (based on sharing).

Carvery roast is about £7 a night, and you get well and truely stuffed.

so only have to worry about beer money, show entry and toy money 8-)

Dave, I've talked the wife round and am thinking of going. Got a provisional 'yes' as long as she's not working [she's a nurse and works some weekends].

Do you have a link/number for the Innkeepers Lodge. She always likes a weekend away at a hotel [insert gag!] and if its clean and cheap, this could swing it.

And we'd both love to meet Admiral Ackbar!

well it's cheap....

but it ain't all that pretty to be honest, we go for the cheapest to keep costs down as traders (costs for tables alone is around £700).
There are better ones around, it all depends if you want her to talk to you for the rest of the weekend after saying 'we're staying here'.

Where we stay is the Innkeepers at Sheldon, about 4 miles from NEC and very easy to find:

Joking aside though, it would be great if you both can make it, there are plenty of other Rebelscum members staying (there is currently 7-9 staying and around 4 local to the area joining for food and drinks) and it's always a good crack and the group is always open to anyone to join us and anyone can leave when they want when the geeking out occasionally gets too much
