LOL
okay okay!! I didnt say it was better! I just meant that while I LOVE THE BAF STUFF and the RED SHADOWS , I also like the UK Marvel stories too !!! and I think of this site as the definitive ACTION FORCE / UK JOE SITE ( especially since all the stories are up in the gallery to read !) and so I appreciate conversation on that stuff as well ! I dont have to ONLY talk about BAF stuff! LOL
so good to hear that storm shadow one is in the continuity
how about Eye of the storm? ( tiger )
and the other short storm shadow story?

Eye of the Tiger doesn't fit in either - Storm Shadow is still with Cobra in the story plus the appearance of Trent contradicts it's place in the timeline.
I've just read Rise Of The Red Shadows - Wow.

That is my favorite GI JOE DEVILS DUE TRADE Paper back to date! its the one that I read more than any other and the one that is responsible for bringing me into the WHOLE red shadow world and BAF comics/Uk Stuff
I felt it was a good intro to a group that will show up again (HOPEFULLY SOON ) I like the new guys but do want to see some of the old guys show up too . And the death of those Joes , I personally liked as well.

ah good old trent, there was a guy that bugged me JUST showing up I always felt they could have used someone better from the OLD BAF comics like Cambell ( ya ya I know he dies later on! ) or someone!
can we fit the death of Trent at least in the continuity???
in any case, Id like to see a list of UK stories you fit into the US chronology ( including the european Mission reprints ) sometime, that way I can use that as a starting off point to see where other stories could possibly fit it LOL

I thought that Devil's Due were very respectful with the Red Shadows, keeping the skull and crossbones logo, making the leader british (and not looking too dissimilar to a certain Baron Ironblood without the mask). The uniforms were excellent as well.
The extra epilogue included in the trade paperback was quite powerful as a sending off of a popular character and will be interesting to see how this affects Flint's charater when I start reading America's Elite.
The death of Trent is in the continuity, if you look at the continuity page all Action Force Monthly/European Missions have been labelled AF1-15.

That's all GI Joe post America's Elite now listed on the site. Had a bit of trouble fitting in Master & Apprentice 2 but I think I've managed it just!!

Well done, that's one hell of an achievement. I'll reference it in my reading. Now here's a thought, and bear in mind I've not read them, but can any of the elusive Marvel UK strips be interspersed throughout the Image / Devil's Due section?

Unfortunately not, after I've finished adding America's Elite and the new Special Missions, I'm going to go back and create their own continuity and add explanations as to why each arc doesn't fit into the Joe continuity.
There's actually a couple of the original Marvel US Joe comics that haven't made it in as well.
Apologies - I noticed that I typed in my last post that everything post America's Elite had been added, that should have of course been pre-America's Elite.
I'm actually wondering what's happening with my latest issues as Mr Post-man hasn't delivered America's Elite or Storm Shadow and they've been out since the beginning of the month.
