New Doctor Who [SPOILERS]
Re: New Who
I meant, we've seen it all before on the recent Dr Who. I've not seen any prior to Eccleston.
SPOILER (ISH) BELOW
Highlight: Also, no follow-on from last week's cliffhanger?

Re: New Who
I have to agree with Jim so far. Just nothing to capture my attention. The Dalek ep was so ill conceived, but it COULD Have been kick arse. Angel one I shall watch tomorrow, after V and the Pacific. Got me some catching up to do.

Re: New Who
Agreed, this series hasn't really been firing on all cylinders in so many ways, but I've enjoyed this story immensely so far...it's not very orginal the whole dark caves & monsters thing has been done to death, & was always a staple of the classic series.
Maybe River Song being re-introduced has some thing to do with the improvement? added an extra ingredient that's been missing so far? (Is she a regenerated Rani?)

Re: New Who
That's possible but then that would just be an echo of the Master/Mr Saxon story.

i'd bet my entire AF collection she's not the Rani.
Re: New Who
A few weeks behind here in the states (Dalak ep is next Saturday). But so far I like it. The new doctor is different but in a good way. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Re: New Who
Hmmm... I'm still waiting for the series to pick up. So far I'm still hoping the cool stories and everything that makes Dr. Who Dr. Who has not been pissed down the drain in favour of big explosions and spaceships as it seems to have so far.

Re: New Who
The big thing hinted at so far is why can't Amy remember any of the previous Dalek invasions especially the one where they stole earth.
