I should say that Im not the artist on the piece, wish I was, but Im not ( be cheaper to do things if I could do art like that LOL )

the artist is Tim Seeley from DDP that did the art, with some major alterations and changes made to it by me. but most of the credit goes to Tim Seely

Ill have to make some slight changes probally to fit RED DAWN and what I have planned for him but probally MOST of it will be kept!

Okay sooooooooooooooooooooooo

I have been collecting art peices ( DIGITALLY ) of GI JOE and other things for about 4 years now . I have this huge collection and so from that I choose the following to make your man

1. What I did was take the WILD BILL SKETCH and alter it alot

heres a camparison shot



2.then I took the scarf from the Black Major off of his data file art

3. then I took the upper part of Roadblocks head ( not Dr, Mindbenders)

4. Shaved up and altered his mustache

5. then I took the RED SHADOW logo off of the Baron from his Data file art

6. then I took the boots from an ACTION MAN sketch that I had

7.knife hilt came from a Storm Shadow drawing from R. Atkins

and wham you got him!


so basically I took the same concept of figure customizing and applied it to art, its a bit harder as you got to find peices that will fit and all but its basically the same concept

Massively impressive Jamar and very interesting to read and see how it was created!

Really like the name Red 'I' as well seeing as he has infact just the one eye...

Bet Scooby's dead chuffed with that! His figure is excellent and having his own data file just ices the cake for me!

my pleasure!! , RED DAWN calls for 3 extra RED SHADOW characters to play a MAJOR role in the story and so instead of me making 3 extra ones I thought I would use the fans ideas here, since the comic is in fact for all of us here on www.bloodforthebaron.com first and foremost!

make it a more community involved project is what I wanted
