it is something i wanted to do for a while i jut needed to wait until i was ready. i need nothing i just gave up, i have no cravings only issue i have as it stands is sleeping it's difficult my mind is playing tricks on me in my subconsious state. but i can handle it.

I'm off them 6 Weeks but think the craving is getting worse.
Having moments of true anxiety and panic but they are only moments.
With you re sleeping. I've been dreaming about the f*ckers lately which is a bit freaky.

it is shocking how much the bloody things rule your life. what has been most shocking for me is the smell, i walked up the high street earlier and the smell of tabacco was disgusting i have actually been stunned at how bad it is, i've washed my clothes twice to rid the stench but i can still smell it. f*cking things.

I'll still have dreams about smoking now and then, the addiction is that strong.
Some of my old books and comics still reek of smoke and my toys did until I washed them.

Did you smoke in your Command Centre, Eddie?

Been clean myself now for 13 years and when i saw the price of them the other day theres no way i could afford it now!
We used to call them cancer sticks and that's all they are.
