It might be better to tot up all the money he owes and make a single unified complaint.

If you are going to tot up the totals it might be worth communicating with other forums where he has also seemingly ripped people off.

From what you guys have said above I need to double check the items I did get for completeness as I'm a bit worried.

Dan has had a bad reputation going back a long way.
Oh dear! I bought and received the Funskool Streethawk from him! Unless he's got another it looks like he's double selling items?
I think I may have also purchased Graham's Roboskull which was supposedly lost in transit :(
It would certainly appear that he is selling items more than once.
Not here for a long time, just here for a good time.

I've spent this morning talking to my friend (the policeman) about this situation and how to proceed. Firstly I'll be sending skyline a message in a moment, nothing nasty just asking for either the items or my money back. If I hear nothing by Thursday ill be going down the local police station to make a report. I'll get a crime number which I'll be posting here that can be used by anyone that has an issue with the guy. If he's double selling items that's fraud plain and simple. It'll take everyone affected to file a report though as I cannot report anyone else's issues. I can make them aware though and hopefully should get us somewhere. I think at this point I shouldn't speak too much but I feel this thread should be used as a collection of what is owed and experiences about the whole situation. It will make it easier to reference this for everyone later if it gets to that stage.

@ODB If I hear nothing back 'ill be copy and pasting this thread on to both yojoe and hisstank.

I just bought the 2 spotlights from him so hopefully they were spares and the Roboskull you purchased was a different sale.

I am really sad to see that so many seems to have been hustled and I hope people will either get their stuff like I did (eventually after 2 months) or refunds to cover the payments and fees.
Best Regards

I have had a reply, hopefully I should have my items this week. I would at this point suggest all those who are owed stuff to contact him. I'm going to sign off this subject for the week to give the guy the time to honour what he has said. Obviously, I'll let you know what the outcome is.

I'll tell you what I will say, never must this fella be allowed to ever sell anything again on this forum the amount of hassle it has caused is f*cking ridiculous, no doubt he'll be back on to say everyone has had their items blah blah blah.

That is not the point, I am f*cking sick to death with people innocent people being f*cked about and wasting their time trying to get what they paid for.
