Hi all, I'm starting this thread as I suppose a warning to others about the behaviour of another BFTB (and several other forums) member, "Skyline". Also to get some info on what is owed by the guy!

I have been in contact with Jim and he has no objection to me writing this, I have ordered over the last few months roughly about £250 of items, in fairness he's come through with a major part of it, however on my last deal from 3rd of Feb', I've had nothing! This time round it was a couple of file cards and the missing Roboskull spotlights I've been banging on about! (About £24 inc postage). I have sent the guy several messages which he's read but not replied to me, I've also text the guy without response. I have learned that the guy has been ill for a bit but to be honest this is not good enough and unacceptable! My oldest friend is a policeman in the Met and I've asked him for advice, I realise they're not going to raid a guys house because of £20 of missing toys but I'd like to know just how much has been outstanding? I will be taking this to the police to make an official complaint. I know the guy happily put his address on his thread, I will also be passing on that as evidence.

I'm actually pretty upset as i was having a Really nice conversation with the guy before this happened!

Skyline, if you see this please take note and send the items outstanding! I'm not messing around here, believe me I don't take this lightly and as I've said above, this is unacceptable!

Me too mate after many deals some good and others not so good with missing parts.
He sold me an HQ as complete but it arrived with no front gun which he assured me would turn up but that was last November.
He now owes me around £100 for a Roboskull and Tomahawk which have never arrived.
I am currently making a Paypal claim against him and hope to get my money back.
He has stopped corresponding with me too and last said he had Flu which seems to have lasted a month and either made his fingers drop off or he is just a crook.
I bet he owes £££'s to guys across the forums and it probably is a police matter.
I would happily give some evidence as the guy has now really pissed me off.
Like a mug I even stuck up for him at one point........DOH!!!!
I found it funny looking on his profile that he moaned at 80stoyshop about a purchase arriving late...Talk about pot n kettle!

Could you PM me a breakdown of the items/amounts? Unfortunatly I paid him as a gift so the money is gone! (I've already contacted paypal).

Does anyone know if the address is actually his? or if it's made up, I reckon if this guy owes a fair bit of money the police may act (This is what was told me by my friend). This could be fraud on quite a large scale!

To my knowledge he also owes money to navyviper, celticjoe and buddusky. In his defence he dicked Chopper and stkhlmdk around for ages but did come good in the end.

I have banned him from posting in the Trade forum until he honours his deals.

From what you guys have said above I need to double check the items I did get for completeness as I'm a bit worried.

Oh dear! I bought and received the Funskool Streethawk from him! Unless he's got another it looks like he's double selling items?

I have to admit I don't get the guy? As you've said he has been doing really good deals (if a bit long winded) the guy seriously needs to communicate! The modern age with iPhones etc.. There's no real excuse for not repying, I've been selling on eBay for years and I have 100% on nearly 800 deals, once I sell an item and its paid for that item is the buyers and its my duty to get it to them ASAP! Everyone is different but when you have this kind if behaviour it can't be tolerated!

I bought and paid for a convention TF Mutt that never arrived because it was supposedly "lost" by putting into some other guys package but I have a strong feeling that it was double-sold and the same goes for the 4 mint BAT's which again was supposedly chewed up by his puppy. Skyline is selling some very nice items at a good price but the shipping and communication is definately not his strong side…

Like I say, he has a bad reputation over at Yo Joe for screwing people over. He's talked himself into a number of second chances over the years, this is all too familiar.

He told me that he couldn't find the Street Hawk and he would send it on later.

Graham, have you dropped him a line to tell him the police are getting involved?
