personally anything with a high start price or postage puts me off straight away.

You run a big risk with the 99p starts. You could've ended up getting £15 -20 or something stupid. Its happened to me a couple of times.

Low starting prices are like honey on bees, it attract lots of them. If one starts bidding, the rest will follow. High starting prices make everybody wait for the other's move. Of course 99p is way to low. Start with something like 20 pounds.

My advice: list items so that they'll end around 10 pm GMT on a Sunday. At this time potential European buyers are still awake and able to place their bids before going to bed, in the US it is daytime (9am-2pm), so they are able to bid live as well.

And list your items on ebay.com not ebay.co.uk. Most international collectors do their searching via .com.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I came to a fair agreement on a price with just_joes_by_mike for the vehicles and the final total for all the figures sold individually was over £70 which I am pleased with.
Its the end of an era for me with series 3 but I now want to concentrate on getting series 1 & 2 loose complete.
