These boats do unescrew from the bottom, so you can interchange your rear fins quite easily.
Couple less stickers to worry about

Re: German Q Force - The TSATT
You should be able to swap the con towers as well
Re: German Q Force - The TSATT
Andy, I took your advice & unscrewed the back parts - they swapped perfectly!!!
I then got a bit inspired and using a really tiny craft knife I lifted the corner up on one of the german stickers and tried to peel it off.... Bingo! With a lot of patience it peeled off totally PERFECTLY and showed no sign at all of having been removed!!
I spent a painstaking 30 minutes very delicately lifting all the stickers and amazingly EVERY ONE came off perfectly without any damage and they also remained sticky which meant that they stuck on the other toy perfectly!!! Total Result!!! The stickers were a little bit 'waxy' almost certainly to give them a little waterproof-ness and that kept them from getting damaged when I peeled them.
Anyway, totally chuffed now as I have a perfect 100% german
swordfish. Look at the pics and admire!! Th UK one is totally grey with grey parts whereas the german one is an off-white with black parts. It rocks!!!!

And here's one of Stanley who 'helped' me take every photo in his own unique way...

Glad you got there in the end, both looking good and ready for action.

Yep Meertoh - never thought about that! The german colours match the sealion exactly! Interesting.... Wonder if there was any reason behind that at the german toy hq.
