Good thinking Boss.

Skylinere, does your figure have a date stamp?
I don't know how much it matters but, isn't thay something special about non date stamped :destro:'s, Fee-bay sellers always seem to be keen to point it out any ways :-?
More news, as its made, from new Action Force!

The clearance packs were indeed seen in Holland, so that might be a possibility as well...

ok people

it took me a few months

BUUUTTTT

the red Jackel is a prototype made for the German market
I've had contact with the seller
and he's been searching for me in germany

He found out that the figure has been sold to a German collector
and he has had contact with HIM

He could remember that the figure was purchased on vacation.
a flea market purchase
The boy came with a nice story

that his uncle worked as a representative of Palitoy
and the figure was taken after his discharge from the factory
The man worked in the design department and representatives
and has stolen a whole box of new designs for the German market

This is what I was told
but is a nice story if it is true

That was my first guess! I wonder why series 2 never reached Germany?

Wonder if it was just a pain having to change logo paint apps ? Maybe Palitoy just said screw it, It's not worth the small market to change the paint apps.

Possibly, but don't forget they went to all the trouble of changing the GI Joe and Cobra stickers and packaging the following year.

Joes and Cobras I couldn't tell you, I have no idea if Palitoy wave 3 was released in Germany.

Were the :enemy: logo's painted on after or at the same time the white edges were applied would anyone happen to know?
The paint on this figure consists of three layers:
white
red
Skull (white)

So a German red Jackel / red laser they could skip a step
