I tried being civil it got me no where apart from a few pms telling me he is going to look in to it the next day, then to get a reply I had to chase him again, I have done nothing wrong and if he had just answered my pms with a date they had been posted it would of never had to get this far, but he decided to ignore my pms, all I want is my money back, im not asking for anything any other person would want, if he hadnt requested the money as being sent as a gift I could of opened a paypal dispute and let them of sorted it.

skyline, may i ask what he said the reason was for requesting the money as a gift?

So I covered fees and he got the exact £100 if I remember rightly.

Update,

I e-mailed asking for a update on Sunday and they replied stating they had a cheque for £40 something pounds from royal mail on the Saturday. today I got a paypal refund of £45.60 and then I asked about the other £60 and basically they have told me that is all I will be getting I suppose it is better then nothing but still is a kick in the nuts to loose the other £60.

Thank for the update. I guess postal tracking for expensive orders is the only way to prevent this from happening.
