It's kind of the AM equivalent to the Barbie Girl song (the original version, not the bowlderized Mattel one) 
At firt I thought Guile shouldn't have been there, but then I remembered he was released as part of the 12'' GI Joe collection, so technically, if he travels to the UK, he would be an Action Man (just like
, :snakeeyes: and the rest of the 12'' Joes 1st wave). Granted, the Guile fig there isn't the 12'' one, but it's the same guy, so...
