DC (warning: scale nightmare)

Post by DAMartin »

NOTE: Due to buying some figures in packs, I have some repeated characters. I will show only the relevant versions in this thread.

DC is about generations and legacies, so I should begin with the first generation: the JSA.
Atom Smasher (okay, he's not from the original generation, but where else could he go?), Jay Garrick, Doctor Fate, Hawkman, Hawkwoman, Hyppolita (a repurposed Diana figure) and Wildcat.

Some time after the JSA retired, there came the JLA, to follow their legacy:
Aquaman, Aztek, Black Canary, Barry Allen, Blue Beetle (custom), Booster Gold, Captain Atom, Captain Marvel, Connor Hawke Elongated Man, Green Arrow, Hal Jordan, Ice, John Stewart, Kilowog, Kyle Rayner, Martian Manhunter (J'onn J'onzz and superhero form), Orion (repurposed KO), Plastic Man, Red Tornado, Steel (John Henry Irons and the Man of Steel), Superman (Clark Kent, Supermobile driver, newly-resurrected, Hunter/Prey and Energy Superman) and Wonder Woman.

The founder members began as the sidekicks of some members of the JLA, but later the New Titans (and their T tower) became as widely recognised as the two previous generations. Here they are:
Changeling, Cyborg, Dove, Hawk, Lightning, Nightwing (Dick Grayson, Robin, Nightwing), Speedy, Starfire, Thunder and Wally West.

And here's the next generation, Young Justice, our hope for tomorrow:
Arrowette (custom), Impulse, Robin and Superboy. Since it's a small team, I guess I can show Nightwing's cycle and Superman's Supermobile (earthquake-damaged) in the same pic (I forgot to put them in their respective places  ).

Okay, those were the teams for each generation. Now, the rest of the figures.
The Bat-Family: Ace, Azrael (Azrael and Batman), Batman (Bruce Wayne, retro, "Neal Adams" version), Catwoman, Huntress, Metamorpho (Robin was already shown with Young Justice).

Heroes I couldn't fit at any team:
Lois Lane (repurposed Gargoyles figure), Lt Sparks, Starman and Tomar-Re.
Tomar: This clock seems like a sort of door...

I'd rather have assembled Bane's henchmen (Bird, Trogg and Zombie) or Penguin's henchwomen (Jay, Lark and Raven), but if life gives you lemons, you make lemonade, and if it gives you Jokerz, make the Joker's gang:
Bud, Harley Quinn, Joker, J-Man, Lou, Smirk, Virtual Joker and Wild.
