I had an idea for a :enemy: using the :AFLogo: headquarters scans. I have'nt got the time or expertise to do it so I pm'ed Malcolm but as we all know he is very busy and probably does'nt get on here as much as he would like.
So my idea was to colour in and change the scans to :enemy: but then Little Humby said he wanted a :cobra: as well  so I thought about maybe slots on it where you could insert either a :enemy: or :cobra: emblem to make a generic enemy base. I thought it would be best in red and black and maybe some grey which I think would still work for :cobra: as well.
So as I won't get round to doing this I wondered if anyone wants to take up the baton on this and run with it. Sorry about the cheesy management talk!
This was as far as I got:

You've done a fantastic job with this base Fanboy, & you've really put a new spring in the step of all the customize rs here with all this brain storming for building/base ideas...I can foresee some good stuff in the pipeline. 8-)
More news, as its made, from new Action Force!

Cheers guys.
I've loved making this (apart from when it went wrong).
The new bases will be designed to be made from mounting board with just a little woodwork (don't panic - 1x1cm struts and beams, nothing a junior hacksaw and a little PVA can't cope with!) This method is cheap, easy and relatively strong.
I am interested to hear some ideas on making ladders and chairs though. I have a card template but they involve a lot of complex cutting that might put people off.

I'd be happy to re-colour/modify the origanal base when I get time but the real difficulties would be getting the design printed onto a thick enough card and then cutting it out.

Cheers for the link Baron. Why does it say not suitable for kids?

I was thinking more of the Blue Peter route, print it off with my PC and glue it onto a cardboard box!
