He could just as easily argue that you did receive the package. Also, if he had sent the letter to himself, the status of the serial number would have changed to delivered.

I hate to generalize & it may just be my suspicious nature, but after that unfortunate business with Twatty Mcfucknut a couple of years ago, I get a tad wary of new forum members who start trying to sell stuff within the first couple of posts or so of their joining... hopefully this is just an unfortunate cock up by the Post Office, & it can be sorted out amicably by both parties involved.

So why cant you do what is right and refund me and then put a claim in with royal mail and get your money back.

For some reason you are holding out refunding me and this is theft, the tracking clearly states I have not had the items or I would of had to of signed, I dont know how it works in Wales but my postman would never ever leave signed for items on my doorstep!
