Still no sign of these items, every day I pm him every day he tells me he is going to look into it the next day, I have now kindly asked for a refund, he has read the pm but so far has not responded, I will let you know the outcome., if or when these figures turn up I will of course resend the money, but am no longer happy waiting 18 days for some thing coming from Wales, it should of been here some time ago specially sent recorded these items have priority.

That's not cool, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do other than recommend you give 80stoyshop a -1 rating on the feedback thread. I can easily amend it if the matter gets resolved.

I've run the tracking number AG575080947GB through http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/tr ... entication and all it says is

We have your item. Item AG575080947GB was posted at 408 Cowbridge Ro CF5 1JJ on 19/03/10 and is being progressed through our network for delivery.

In which case it's Royal Mail who have screwed up. Their helpline is a joke and their Contact Us e-mail link is also a waste of time - you'll need to go to your local Post Office and ask for a P58 form, or you can download and print one from here: http://www.royalmail.com/p58

That is only a priority if it's special delivery recorded delivery is the same as most post except for it being signed for, sometimes things go wrong and you have to wait longer I have for quite a few things lately, my deal with 80stoyshop went well it took a while yes but I got a result. I geniunely trust him when says he'll sort it, I'll eat my pants if it isn't.

well it has been over 24 hours and still no reply to my last pm, all week he has been replying the same day! but the last pm I kindly said enough is enough and asked for a refund and guess what no reply!

Just checked and confirmed he picked up my pm yesterday and has visted the board today at Wed Mar 31, 2010 2:03 pm so I wonder what the excuse will be this time? but im sure he will look into it tomorrow,
