Thanks Humby. Remember though Resistance is Futile!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I don't run into them all the time, but in any lot there is always a chance of something German popping up. And, it is very likely that you can get them at prices compared to regular Action Force.

Nice collection. :-)

Well I have a question regarding the Black Major. Is the weapon in the MOC in the pictures the weapon he came with or is it a mistake.
It's the same weapon found with 4LOM in the Vintage Star Wars line.

the German Blakc Major had a different weapon. Several ATT figures were given different weapons that were more 'space' like...

This is the right rifle. In Germany the line was slightly altered: most weapons were replaced with non-lethal stunning rifles. Baron Ironblood on the picture is seen with Cobra Commander v1 rifle, Z Force Infantry Man has Gung-Ho v1 rifle and the SAS Squad Leader is fitted with Major Bludd v1 rifle. The Red Shadows in Germany came without the skull 'n bones logo. It looked too much SS.

From somebody having a fit every time a minor detail is wrong in Star Trek, I would have expected a little more indepth research than this.

I can see that there are another one with the 4lom weapon and even a figurine released with a Bespin blaster. Cool. I have the German YPS snow trooper with the AF weapon. Dam those Germans for mixing thinks up.

I HEARD THAT!!! :-D

Seriously though - there's a good few of us going after these now isn't there? I've yet to actually take proper stock of what I have loose, and update my "Wants List", but I have to say I love these guys, being the variant obsessive I am!

And after last night, I have another MOC one on the way too! Hurrah!! ;-)
