I'm somewhat glad that 155.5 doesn't follow the DDP comics; they started well but by the end of the run it was almost painful to read in places. And to be honest, I loathed their take on the Red Shadows. I won't miss that in the slightest.

I just hope for IDWs sake that they put out at least 100 issues of the Larry Hama Continuation book to match the output of DDP

it would suck if they put out like 4 issues and quit while at the same time wiping out the DDP continuity

also , man , I am going to really miss stories like GI JOE DECLASSIFIED and SNAKE EYES DECLASSIFIED and MASTER AND APPRENTICE, IMVHO those were some of the best joe stories EVER done. Im really really going to miss those.

I think had they made some very slight changes to the DDP red shadows, people would have warmed up to them more. small things like, having the original shadow helmets. even if not at the beginning but perhaps at the end putting them on.
