Fair play to Hasbro

Post by humby248 »

Little Humby recieved from some relatives a Nerf EBF-25 Vulcan for christmas. Really cool toy until the belt feed stopped working. So as there was no receipt or packaging I took it apart to see what was wrong. I found that one of the moving parts had snapped. As it was a moving part glue was not going to hold it so I contacted Hasbro about a replacement part. I emailed Sunday afternoon and by midday today I had a reply saying that they would replace the whole gun!
I emailed back to say thank you and complimented them on their brilliant customer service. Just a shame thought that they don't offer the spare parts service in the UK like they do in the US, which I found out previously when enquiring about some modern Star Wars parts Little Humby had mislayed.

Cool glad you got a result Humby, always good when you get a good outcome to these sorts of problems.
