When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Re: Baron Ironblood
Just noticed this thread - it looks like Ironblood has had the same idea as me to make a Baron using the SS figure... I got the idea after seeing a Dr Mindbender custom using SS... The baron's helmet won't fit unless you cut off the collar on the Storm Shadow... I've had a go and it looks ok (I used an original Baron head dremelled out) Still a WIP - need to tidy up the collar, remove the Cobra logo and change the trousers/hands for black ones... but hopefully it gives you the idea...

Thanks Greg you took it one stage further than me I was going to do some repainting and then add the mask rather than use a Baron head. Was it easy to cut off the collar, what was used?
Spock, where the hell's the power you promised?

Re: Baron Ironblood
The collar came off in about 5 mins... I just used a sharp knife and cut it off in sections..... cutting along the bottom for a short way then cutting down from the top (if that makes sense?) I'll probably neaten it up by sanding it smoother...
